How to use 1850 Conference Calling

At 1850 we like to make things easy for you. Whether you are at home, in the office or on your way. With 1850 Conference Call it is so easy to set op a conference call with colleagues, clients or even friends. No registration needed, no booking of the call needed, no contractual obligations. Just set up the call in 3 easy steps:

• Claim your personal PIN and decide what time you'd like to plan the call.
• Invite your clients or colleagues and tell them the time and the PIN.
• Call in The Netherlands 0900 1855 (15ct/min) and you all dial the same PIN.

How to invite your clients or colleagues?

As you like. By SMS text message or through email. As long as you tell them the time and date of the call, the PIN you have received and the dial in number  0900 1855 (15ct/min). In case you or your colleagues or clients call from abroad, please find here the list of international dial in numbers.

How do I get a PIN?

That is easy. Via the invitation tool on our Conference Calling page you automatically receive your PINcode via your e-mail address. This code you can keep on using.

Handy stuff for during the call!

There are a few handy short codes that you can use during the call. You can put your phone on mute, very handy if you are in a noisy room or train. You can also lock the Conference Call, very handy because it provides extra security during a call and avoid other people from joining. A list of all the shortcode can be found in the user manual.
